About Us

Jodi’s initial accounting training was in Chartered Accounting learning the ropes of compliance accounting, followed by five years in the commercial field with Shell Retail. Jodi’s role of Financial Accountant followed by Financial Controller at PEACS Pty Ltd (Shell Multi Franchise Owner) was to financially manage thirty service stations around Queensland with a gross turnover of $100 million and 300 employees.

Jodi started Strictly Management Accounting in the year 2000 primarily to assist businesses transition to the GST legislation and also to provide hands on management accounting services. She was awarded a Fellowship by CPA Australia on the 1st of June 2015 for her long term services to the accounting profession. Jodi is passionate about setting up efficient and effective accounting systems which will produce timely and industry specific financial and management reports to all size businesses.

Kerrie has been a valuable team member of Strictly Management Accounting since 2008. Kerrie’s strengths are tenacity and efficiency. Kerrie has a great ‘eye for detail due to her initial training as a Corporate Travel Agent and prides herself in getting SMA jobs completed timely and accurately.

What We Do

All businesses big or small, require the hands on expertise of a Management Accountant to guide and monitor the financial health of their business. Regular analysis will empower the owners/directors with adequate information and knowledge to make important financial decisions.

    • Set up cloud based accounting systems and ongoing support when needed.
    • Provide office assistance and training to Directors and in-house Administration Staff.
    • Prepare Budgets, Cash flows, Break Even Analysis, Set Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), Job Costing and monthly Management Information Reports to monitor the progress and financial health of the business.
    • Monthly or Quarterly face to face meetings at your premises with Directors/Managers to go over the financials and management reports.
    • Assistance with implementing new ‘add on’ systems when the traditional accounting system is no longer adequate.
    • Lodgement of Monthly/ Quarterly BAS and Superannuation Returns or assist in-house staff to prepare.
    • Assistance at year end for PAYGW Summaries, TPAR, Work Cover and Payroll Tax.
